The next two pages deal with Rascal's loss on a more personal level, he's missing his friend and is surrounded by memories of him. The two cats playing together with a ball uncannily similar to the one that caused his own tragedy just hammers this point home. In the end he climbs up onto a roof top to cry. Again in this page I used a 'empty' background while Rascal is settled into one corner to highlight his loneliness.
